Lead Time:
Our products are made to order; therefore, they require a typical lead time of 10 business days from the date of order placement to be manufactured and dispatched.
While our standard lead time for products is 10 business days, larger orders or orders placed at busy times of the year may require extra time for production and processing. For urgent requests, contact our office directly at 0116 380 0679 to confirm availability and expedite delivery.
Shipping
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Our standard delivery is 2 – 4 business days from despatch.
Store Pick-up:
Premier Woodshop - Unit 2 Glenmore Foundry Industrial Estate Pinfold Road, Thurmaston, Leicester, LE4 8BR. Orders can be picked up Monday - Friday from 09:00 - 16:00. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
The Manufacturing Process
All products are unique, however for many of our 'stock' items they are manufactured using this three step process.
Draw & Cut
The first step of any project is to create a technical drawing and to cut the material to the correct sizes, typically using a CNC Machine.
Assemble
Once cut, each component is sanded and assembled into the finished structure.
Spray
We use a PU (Polyurethane) Paint which is professionally sprayed onto each item to give it a long lasting, wipe clean finish.
